For eye exams and office visits, payment is due at the time of service and may be paid by cash, personal check or credit card. Payment plans are available for certain procedures, and we are happy to discuss our fees prior to an office visit, surgery or prolonged office treatment.
We accept Medicare assignment and participate with most commercial insurance companies. We are happy to assist you in filing your Medicare and insurance claims. Please let us know if you need special assistance (because insurance coverage can vary from plan to plan).
