Richard L. Wacksman, M.D.
Dr. Wacksman is a board-certified Ophthalmologist who has been
providing eye care services in Bay City since 1978. He received
the Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Cincinnati
in 1974, followed by a medical internship there. He completed
his Ophthalmology training in Ann Arbor at the University of
Michigan.
Dr. Wacksman is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons
and of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He holds memberships
in the American Medical Association (lifetime), Bay County Medical
Society, Michigan State Medical Society and Michigan Eye Associates.
He is also a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners.

David W. Burk, M.D.
Dr. Burk is a board-certified Ophthalmologist who was born in
Bay City. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s
degrees from the University of Michigan. A Doctor of Medicine
Degree from Michigan State University was granted in 1990. A
medical internship was completed at the Parkland Memorial Hospital
in Dallas, and his ophthalmology training was completed at the
University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
Dr. Burk is a member of the Michigan Ophthalmological Society,
the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive
Surgery. He is also a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical

Daryl J. Zelenak, D.O.
Dr. Zelenak is a board-certified Ophthalmologist who is committed
to providing eye care services to Bay City, West Branch, Midland and
the surrounding communities. Dr. Zelenak received a Doctor of
Osteopathic Medicine degree from Michigan State University in
1997. He completed his internship at the St. John Oakland Hospital
in Madison Heights, Michigan and his ophthalmology training
at Detroit Osteopathic Ophthalmology Consortium. Dr. Zelenak
is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American
Medical Association, the American Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology,
Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the American Osteopathic

Charles T. Zenzen, M.D.
Dr. Zenzen is a board-certified Ophthalmologist who is committed to providing eye
care services to Bay City, West Branch, Midland and the surrounding communities.
Dr. Zenzen received a Doctor of Medicine degree from Wayne State University
in 1999. He completed his ophthalmology training at Kresge Eye Institute,
Detroit Medical Center. Dr. Zenzen is a member of the American Academy of
Ophthalmology, Michigan Ophthalmology Society, American Medical Association

Linferd G. Linabery, M.D.
Dr. Linabery, M.D. is a board-certified Ophthalmologist who has been providing eye care services
in Midland since 1970. He received the Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Michigan followed
by a medical internship at St. Luke's Hospital in Saginaw, Michigan. He completed his ophthalmology training
at Indiana University in Indianapolis, and served as a general medical officer in the United States Air Force from 1965-67.
He also has completed additional post-graduate training at the Park Eye Institute in Rochester, New York and the Jules Stein
Eye Institute, UCLA Medical School in Los Angeles, California.
Dr. Linabery is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and a member of the American Medical Association, Michigan State Medical Society and Midland County Medical Society.

Dr. Brewer is an Optometrist who has been providing eye care
services in Bay City since 1992. He received a Bachelor of Science
degree in Biological Science graduating with honors from Michigan
State University in 1988. In 1992, Dr. Brewer graduated with
honors from Ohio State University College of Optometry.
Dr. Brewer is a member of the American Optometric Association,
the Michigan Optometric Association (Team Leader), the Saginaw
Valley Optometric Society and the Contact Lens Section of the

Dr. Sansburn is an Optometrist who has been providing eye care
services to Bay City and Saginaw since 1995. She received a
Bachelor of Science degree graduating with honors from Michigan
State University. In 1995, Dr. Sansburn graduated with honors
from the Michigan College of Optometry. Born and raised in Bay
City, Dr. Sansburn is a member of the American Optometric Association,
Michigan Optometric Association and the Saginaw Valley Optometric

Kelly L. Bulow, O.D. is an Optometrist who has been

since 1997. She received her undergraduate education
from Ferris State University and graduated with honors
from the Michigan College of Optometry. Born and raised
in West Branch, Dr. Bulow is a member of the American
Optometric Association, Michigan Optometric Association,
and the Saginaw Valley Optometric Society.
