Dr. Leslie Norris, DO is a board certified comprehensive ophthalmologist. Dr. Norris has been providing care in the Great Lakes Bay Region since 2009. She currently sees patients in Midland, Bay City and West Branch, focusing her efforts not only in comprehensive care, but also in the areas of medical retina and oculoplastic surgery. Dr. Norris received her BA from Taylor University in 1999. She then attended Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, receiving her Doctor of Osteopathy in 2004. Dr. Norris completed her residency training at Hillsdale Community Health Center in 2009, graduating as part of Michigan State Consortium. Dr. Norris currently serves as clinical faculty in ophthalmology for both MSU and Des Moines University. She also is a member of the American Osteopathic Colleges of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology (AOCOO), the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Michigan Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons, and the American Osteopathic Association. She also serves as Chair for the Council of Regional Representatives for the AOCOO. Dr. Norris lives in Midland with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys cooking, sewing, crocheting, and is an avid football fan. She also volunteers as the Chair of fundraising committee for Midland Christian School. She attends Midland Evangelical Free Church, where she serves on the Gulu Focus Team working with World Vision to bring relief in Uganda.
